The Dacha is provided with a clean warm water-supply round the clock, an cable TV system, with BBC world and 60 different international stations. The comfortable Dacha is situated not far from the Black Sea, in 20 minutes walking from the cradle of the Russian Orthodox church of Hersones, in the heart of the city, not far from two the beaches. The Dacha has FIVE rooms accommodations with all the modern conveniences. The bedrooms are as double standard rooms and fitted with a comfortable double and single beds. Special mattresses and down pillows with the air conditioner in the bedroom will give you delight after a long day filled with excitement at the Crimean peninsula! The natural conditioning of air is foreseen in the house. That gives the residence more comfort, than with an ordinary conditioner.The living has a sofa/bed-corner, as well telephone and cable colour TV. The kitchen has a place to cook, refrigerator and the standard necessary materials. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom is fitted with a douche. The whole Dacha has central heating and a fire place. In the court there is a swimming pool and pond with colored fishes. The spacious court will allow you to place not alone your car but there is also a pool with a waterfall, what will refresh at any time of the day and submarine illumination from beneath. It is possible to get warm at the nice fire place. There is table tennis and badminton. For preparation of food there is an BBQ on coals.
