These fees, when pooled together, pay for ongoing property maintenance, beautification, capital improvements and general upkeep. The administration of the maintenance fee also provides you with the highest level of luxury and service with every visit! HOWEVER!!!! Because the apartment will be not completely booked by the eight owners during the whole year, Kozak Travel will try to rent it out to her clients during the free periods. This way you may even expect to have a profit every year!

Do I need a lawyer to handle the closing?


No! Kozak Travel can recommend licensed and bonded title Notaries or lawyers in Sevastopol. These notaries or lawyers can handle the closing process from start to finish including deed preparation, escrow of funds, estoppels certificate, closing statements and recording fees all for one low flat rate. The title work is attorney reviewed and guaranteed to be clear.

Can I buy and own a Apartment completely alone?

Yes you can! BUT whatever some American and English (foreign) websites, travel agencies and managers will tell you, you have to watch out!! A foreigner NEVER can own the land where the house or Apartment is situated at!!! It is also very dangerous to buy just some accommodation without a very good look at the documents. In the past we saw apartments which where sold to a foreign owner without a proper investigation from a legal expert, being taken back to the original owner.
