Class "A" - six separate small houses with two rooms the area of 25-28 sq. m. to 2-3 persons with all convenience of the high comfort (shower, the TV, a refrigerator, the conditioner). From individual, cosy terrace opens the wonderful view to the Balaklava bay and the Genoa towers.

Class "B" - separate small houses with one room the area of 20-23 sq. m. for 2-3 persons with all convenience. In front of each small house arranges individual terrace, its area is 16- 18 sq. m. with summer furniture and a view to the Balaklava bay.

Class "C" - the numbers with one room for 1 or 2 persons, united into blocks (in 4-6 numbers). Each block is equipped 2-4 shower cabins and restrooms. Inexpensive place of habitation for students.
