First of all we make no difference between the clients, if they are coming from your side or via Kozak Travel.  The service remains at all time optimal and of the highest VIP level!  In cooperation with you, we can offer your clients possibly a whole package of services.  These services are informal and optional. 

Your accommodation:

First of all is important for us to know where the accommodation is situated and in which state it is.  Is it a 1, 2, 3 or 4 room accommodation?  Satisfies it at the minimal requirements or is it complete renovated and are there various high qualities improvements, as washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, cable or satellite TV, stereo, Internet connection or much more?  What service can we offer you and your customers?

1. During not rented periods, we do visit your accommodation 3 times per week for control. 

2. We can regulate for you the monthly payments of e.g. gas, water, light and telephone. 

3. Possible repairs and maintenance at order of you can have regulated and checked by us. 

4. We look after for your complete rental planning for the accommodation. 

5. At arrival of your client, on each at them desired moment, we take care he gets the key, explanation of the accommodation, possible documents and payments (security and other payments at you, by your client). 

6. We provide your client a city plan, plan of the public transportation and a general pamphlet with the sights, restaurants and much more. 

7. During the stay of your client, we give 100% service and accessibility, during 24/7. 

8. We offer an informal free city walk and visit at the Panorama (excl. Entrance fee) during 3 hours. (Booking 7 days and more)

9. Possible breakfast or errands service are part of the possibilities. 

10. When necessary or asked, we organize an interim cleaning.  For instance linen ed. 

11. At departure of your client, we take in the key, check your accommodation; regulate the end cleaning and the possible unwinding of documents for you. The client also receives a little small present. 

12. On request, extra options are naturally part of the possibilities. 

Our rules:

Your accommodation will be like all other accommodations in use with Kozak, with by you provided photographs, be offered world-wide in the media (website, advertisements, pamphlet) for rent per day, month or longer.

Contracts between you and Kozak Travel are closed per year and can be cancelled only 2 months for inception of the coming contract year.  A week after accession of your accommodation, you receive a bill for the first year subscription. In November we will send you the bill for the next year to the by you given address. When the rent of your accommodation by you is mediated and posted, you tell us the dates of arrival and departure days and times of your client. The service costs are per rental day for these clients.

When Kozak Travel rents out your accommodation to one of their customers, we compensate a sum per rented day, dependent on the location, size and design of the accommodation in conformity with the market price and together with you.  This sum can be also duration or seasons depending. 

Concerning the by Kozak Travel given service and rent to you and the clients, Kozak Travel will send you a invoice. This will happen the way you tell us, by fax or e-mail at the by you given address.

Bookings and requests can take place only when the availability calendar of your accommodation for the concerning period is in green state.  When you, because of by you motivating reasons, the interested client still want to refuse, you remain to pay the calculated service and expenses of annulations for the client.
