When you arrive by car,
please park it at our parking or in one of the garages. This way
it is safe and not in the way for other people.

Because of law and order at
our peninsula, is the minimum age for the club 18 years of
unmarried couples. When there is doubt about the age, this will
be checked with the ID or marriage licence.

The club is only for couples
and trio and only with pre reservation. When you stay in our
fabulous city and want to visit the club, please call us in
advance for the appointment.

We ask the men to behave like
gentlemen and not like single bachelors.

Mobile telephones and picture
camera's are not allowed and have to be put away at the safe at
the desk of the club. This rule is for all places within the
walls of the club! So also at the swimming pool!!

The club is not very large
and everyone knows very soon the way around. (15 studio's) This
means also that you have to make the holiday you wish together
with each other and this doesn't work even we have a fantastic
accommodation, when you leave your smile at home.

No difficult things, a "NO"
is always a "NO" with respect for everyone.

In no case there are any
drugs allowed at the club. When there is doubt about someone
using drugs, we have to contact the authorities.

We expect that all guests
wear stylish clothes what fits with the moment, the erotic
occasion and ambiance the club offers. Dress code at all times!
During the diners is a sexy evening dress obligated. During the
evenings and daytime, sexy lingerie, bathing suite or when you
want nothing at all. During an excursion, we are there to advice
you.

Within the walls of the club
(inside) it is not allowed to smoke. In Ukraine it is an
unwritten rule, not to smoke inside any building. Smoking is
allowed outside at the pool, at the veranda and balconies and
inside only at the bar. So also the restaurant is smoke free! In
the erotic rooms, sauna, inside pool and studio's it is not
allowed to bring any drinks.

Food and drinks are plenty
available. For this is only one rule: drunken people are not
welcome. Drunken people are no fun and please forget the fact,
you maybe think or dream that any western can keep up with any
Russian in drinking vodka!

After the diner, we ask your
help in cleaning up your plate and glasses in our small
restaurant. Please keep also in mind the swimming pool area?
Place your drinks at the tables and not at the floor? This can
be dangerous for other people who don't see your glass

No drinks are allowed in
erotic rooms!

The club has erotic rooms,
but you also can use your own studio to enjoy your self or
others.

Please keep the erotic rooms
clean like you found them when you came. Paper, towels, etc, etc
leave them at the places for that. We check and clean at all
times, but can use some help to give other guests a clean club
as well.

There are special rules for
the sauna and bubble bath pool inside. (Russian sauna is a
little different) Ask the employees at the bar about how and
what.

Keep everything nice and
clean as much as possible, because hygiene is important.

When it happens, you need
something extra or do have any questions, please don't hesitate
to ask! Better ask then have a bad feeling or time!
