That's why we advice you to take a step to your own travel agent to arrange the ticket for the air company of your choice.

AIRPORT AND CHECK-IN

When you arrive at your airport (departure) you have to see at the monitors at with number you have to complete your check in. This is the first place you should visit. The right departure times are printed at your ticket but at the monitors are the delays shown. For international Flights you are expected to check in about two hours in frond! At the check in you deliver your luggage, show you ticket and passport. This is the place where you receive your "boardingpass". At this boardingpass you will find your "Gate" and the number of your chair in the airplane and the time that you have to be at your gate. With this boardingpass and your passport you can pass customs. Take care you don't get lost and lost in time at the tax free zone!

Advice

1. After several disappointments with the airline company "Czech Airlines" from our clients, we advice you not to use this company for your travels in combination with Kozak Travel. In the past planes got delayed and clients coming or going overseas missed their connections later in their journey. We also noticed problems with luggage, which was broken open during the handling and materials been stolen from these suitcases, if they even ever saw them back. The service after these events where not even minimal. The 24/7 telephone numbers are during these times not reachable and if you get an answer at letters or e-mail, you need a little bit very much patience! At this company there is always some article that keeps them free from any responsibility.

2. When you travel thru Kiev (Borrispol) to or coming from Crimea, you always have to take care about your luggage!! This is NOT automatically booked on for your next flight!!

Transfer

When you arrive at the airport of Simferopol at the Crimean Peninsula, you can let Kozak Travel take care about the necessary transfer to your accommodation booked by us. At the airports are of course taxis available, but most of the time they are old and the drivers take a little more from a tourist. The taxis are from Simferopol and specialist in their area but not well known with the streets and places in Sevastopol or the rest of Crimea. Simferopol and Sevastopol are 120 km apart! Our transportation is of western standard, checked yearly and has complete insurance and our drivers got a western driving education!!!!

When you let us take care about the transfer, we will wait you at the airport to assist you with customs as well. After you did finish this all, we will bring you right away to your accommodations.
